AMPLITUDE DE MOVIMENTO ARTICULAR EM PÓS-OPERATÓRIO DE TRAUMAS DE MEMBROS INFERIORES EM UM HOSPITAL REFERÊNCIA EM ORTOPEDIA DO CENTRO NORTE GOIANO

Trata-se de um estudo transversal, de natureza quantitativa, realizado em um hospital de referência em ortopedia no Centro-Norte Goiano. O objetivo foi analisar a amplitude de movimento (ADM) no pós-operatório imediato de 92 pacientes submetidos a cirurgias ortopédicas em membros inferiores, em decorrência de fraturas ou lesões ligamentares. A ADM dos quadris e joelhos foi avaliada bilateralmente por meio de goniometria manual, sendo os resultados classificados com base no percentil 50 (P50). Os dados revelaram associação estatisticamente significativa entre cirurgias por fraturas e melhores amplitudes de movimento no joelho direito (66,2% ≥ P50; p = 0,001). Já os pacientes com lesões ligamentares apresentaram tendência a melhores resultados no joelho esquerdo (74,1% ≥ P50; p = 0,054). Em relação à ADM dos quadris, não foram observadas diferenças significativas entre os grupos (p > 0,05). Os achados sugerem que o tipo de intervenção cirúrgica influencia a recuperação funcional inicial, especialmente nas articulações do joelho, evidenciando a necessidade de estratégias de reabilitação individualizadas, considerando tanto a articulação envolvida quanto a natureza da lesão.
