Abstract

THE PRESENT WORK AIMED TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE HISTORICAL PROCESS OF CAR, INFLUENCES THE ENVIRONMENT AND RURAL PROPERTY, UNDERSTANDING ITS NEED AND IMPORTANCE IN RELATION TO THE ENVIRONMENT OF RURAL PROPERTIES. THIS RAISES THE FOLLOWING QUESTION AS A PROBLEM: HOW DOES THE HISTORICAL PROCESS MAKE US UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL PERSPECTIVES IN CAR? THE ISSUE IS RELEVANT BECAUSE IT IS A MATTER THAT GUARANTEES RIGHTS FOR RURAL OWNERS WHO OFTEN DO NOT KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING IN DAYS WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS REQUIRED BY THE NEW BRAZILIAN FOREST CODE. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAME THE BIBLIOGRAPHIC RESEARCH WAS CARRIED OUT BECAUSE IT IS THE ONE THAT BEST MEETS THE NEED OF THE STUDY. IT CAN BE OBSERVED THAT THE HISTORICAL PROCESS OF THE FORMATION OF LANDS AND PROPERTIES IN BRAZIL WAS NOT CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT, CONSEQUENTLY IT WAS NECESSARY TO ESTABLISH LAWS AND NORMS THAT WOULD BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THE OWNERS AS WELL AS THE COMMON GOOD.
