Abstract

FAMILY FARMING CORRESPONDS TO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION CARRIED OUT BY SMALL PRODUCERS IN WHICH THE AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM IS MAINTAINED BY THE FAMILY NUCLEUS AND, AT MOST, BY A FEW SALARIED EMPLOYEES, BEING A COLLECTIVE SEGMENT IN WHICH THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC FACTORS ARE RELATED. FAMILY FARMING IS MADE UP OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PRODUCERS WHO REPRESENT THE MAJORITY OF RURAL PRODUCERS IN BRAZIL. IN RECENT YEARS, THE SEGMENT HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR MOST OF THE PRODUCTION OF BASIC FOODS, THUS CONTRIBUTING TO URBAN SUPPLY, THROUGH THE DIVERSIFICATION OF ITS ACTIVITIES AND THE PROCESSING OF FOOD AND RAW MATERIALS AIMING TO ANALYZE AND OBTAIN A PROFILE OF PRODUCERS OF VEGETABLES, THE PRESENT WORK AIMS TO UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO HAVE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CULTIVATION OF VEGETABLES, AND WHICH VEGETABLES ARE GROWN MOST FREQUENTLY BY PRODUCERS IN THE REGION OF GOIAN�SIA / GO. DATA WERE COLLECTED USING A SEMI-STRUCTURED FORM, AND THE RESULTS WERE EXPRESSED IN GRAPHS FOR BETTER PRESENTATION AND GENERATION OF STATISTICAL GRAPHS. IT WAS FOUND THAT 80% OF THE PRODUCERS DO NOT RECEIVE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND MAKE MANY MISTAKES IN THE CULTIVATION OF VEGETABLES, AND AFFIRM THAT A PERMANENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, WILL CONTRIBUTE A LOT TO THE INCREASE OF PRODUCTION AND QUALITY IN THE FINAL PRODUCT.

Possui graduaà§ão em Agronomia pela Faculdade da Terra de Brasà­lia (2010) e Mestrado em Agronomia pela Universidade de Brasà­lia (UnB) em parceria com a Embrapa Hortalià§as (2013). Possui experiàªncia na área de Ciàªncias Agrárias com enfase em Ciàªncia do Solo e horticultura, atuando principalmente com manejo e conservaà§ão de solos agrà­colas, biologia do solo, sistemas conservacionistas, e cultivo de hortalià§as. Atualmente à© Coordenador do Curso de Agronomia onde tambà©m à© professor das disciplinas de Solos e produà§ão de Hortalià§as. à‰ avaliador Ad hoc do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anà­sio Teixeira - INEP. Atualmente à© estudante do Programa de Pà³s Graduaà§ão nà­vel doutorado em Recursos Naturais do Cerrado na Universidade Estatual de Goiás.

Atualmente Professora Assistente na Faculdade Evangà©lica de Goianà©sia. Possui graduaà§ão em Engenharia Agronà´mica pela Faculdade Evangà©lica de Goianà©sia (2015) e mestrado em Produà§ão Vegetal pela Universidade Estadual de Goiás (2018). Durante a graduaà§ão, estagiou na Empresa Jalles Machado S/A (Irrigaà§ão, Plantio e Tratos Culturais), Secretária Municipal do Meio Ambiente e Embrapa Arroz e Feijão. Realizou estágio em docàªncia durante o perà­odo do mestrado na UEG câmpus Ipameri. Atuou como auxiliar administrativo no setor de Planejamento e controle Agroindustrial na Empresa Jalles Machado S/A
