INTRODUÇÃO: A APLICA��O DO ZICLAGUE�®, PROPORCIONA A DIMINUI��O DO T�NUS MUSCULAR E O GANHO DA FOR�A DOS MESMOS. OBJETIVO: APRESENTAR RELATO DE CASO SOBRE A APLICA��O DO FITOMEDICAMENTO ZICLAGUE�® EM UMA CRIAN�A COM ENCEFALOPATIA CR�NICA NÃO PROGRESSIVA. M�TODOS: O TRATAMENTO CONSISTIU DA APLICA��O DO FITOMEDICAMENTO 15 MINUTOS ANTES DO IN�CIO DE 10 SESS�ES DE FISIOTERAPIA MOTORA. A APLICA��O FOI DE FORMA TÓPICA OS M�SCULOS ESP�STICOS, ANTES DE INICIAR A CINESIOTERAPIA. A PACIENTE PASSOU POR AVALI��O FISIOTERAP�UTICA ANTES E DEPOIS DE SER SUBMETIDA AO TRATAMENTO FISIOTERAP�UTICO ASSOCIADO AO USO DO ZICLAGUE�®. RESULTADOS: NA AVALIA��O DOS ASPECTOS MOTORES COMO T�NUS MUSCULAR, FM, OS RESULTADOS POSITIVOS FORAM EXPRESSIVOS.
