THE PRESENT RESEARCH PROPOSES TO INVESTIGATE THE PROCESS OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF REFUGEES IN BRAZIL, MORE SPECIFICALLY IN ANÁPOLIS - GO. THE THEME IS JUSTIFIED GIVEN THE VARIOUS CASES OF REFUGE IN THE CITY, REPORTED BY THE MEDIA, WHICH DESERVES ATTENTION REGARDING THE REALITY OF THE REFUGEE INTEGRATION PROCESS. THEREFORE, IT IS QUESTIONED WHICH LEGAL ASPECTS PROTECT THIS PROCESS, IF THERE ARE DATA RELATED TO IT, AND IF THERE ARE, WHICH POLICIES ARE APPLIED AND THEIR RESULTS. FOR THIS, IT IS NECESSARY TO COLLECT DATA, AT FIRST BIBLIOGRAPHIC, FOLLOWING WITH THE DOCUMENTARY, CULMINATING WITH THE FIELD RESEARCH, IN ORDER TO HAVE AS A BASIS THE GUARANTEE OF HUMAN RIGHTS, SO THAT THE SOCIO-LEGAL ASPECTS INVOLVED FOR  THE REGULATION OF THE SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF LOCAL REFUGEES.
