ESTE TRABALHO TEVE COMO OBJETIVO IDENTIFICAR O USO E COBERTURA DA TERRA NA BACIA HIDROGR�FICA DO

PAULO, BRASIL, COM BASE NAS IMAGENS DO SAT�LITE WOLRDVIEW 2, BEM COMO AS OCORR�NCIAS DE CONFLITOS DE USO
DA TERRA NAS �REAS DE PRESERVA��O PERMANENTE (APP), TENDO COMO REFER�NCIA O CÓDIGO FLORESTAL BRASILEIRO.
UTILIZANDO OS RECURSOS DISPON�VEIS NO GEOPROCESSAMENTO, FOI POSS�VEL MAPEAR SEIS CLASSES DE USO E COBERTURA
DA TERRA QUE, SUBPOSTAS �S DELIMITA��ES DAS �REAS DE PRESERVA��O PERMANENTE, POSSIBILITOU IDENTIFICAR E
MENSURAR OS LOCAIS DE CONFLITOS, SUBDIVIDIDOS NOS CINCO MUNIC�PIOS COM �REA NA BACIA HIDROGR�FICA. AO FINAL,
IDENTIFICOU-SE QUE O USO DA TERRA EM TODA A �REA DE ESTUDO � MAJORITARIAMENTE DESTINADO �S PASTAGENS, O QUE
SE REFLETIU TAMB�M NAS �REAS DE PRESERVA��O PERMANENTE. CONSTATOU-SE QUE NA BACIA HIDROGR�FICA DO
MANANCIAL DO ALTO CURSO DO RIO SANTO ANAST�CIO AS �REAS DE PRESERVA��O PERMANENTE POSSUEM 36,65% DE
�REA FLORESTAL E 63,35% COM INADEQUADOS USOS ANTRÓPICOS, O QUE EXIGE MEDIDAS PARA A RECUPERA��O E
PROTE��O DESSAS APP.
