Abstract

THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS WORK WAS TO VERIFY THE EFFICACY OF THE APPLICATION OF DIFFERENT INSECTICIDES IN BROWN BEDBUG IN SOYBEAN CROP UNDER LABORATORY CONDITIONS. THE EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN USED WAS IN COMPLETELY RANDOMIZED BLOCKS WITH SIX TREATMENTS AND FIVE REPLICATES, FIVE INSECTS FOR EACH REPLICATION. THE TREATMENTS ARE COMPOSED OF: T1: CONTROL; T2: IMIDACLOPRID + BIFENTRIN (300 ML HA-1), T3: IMIDACLOPRID + BIFENTRIN (150 ML HA-1), T4: ZETA-CYPERMETHRIN + BIFENTRIN (200 ML HA-1), T 5: ZETA-CIPERMETHRIN + BIFENTRIN ( 100 ML HA-1), T6: IMIDACLOPRID + BIFENTRIN ( 150 ML HA-1) + ZETA-CIPERMETHRIN + BIFENTRIN ( 100 ML HA-1). 5 μL OF SOLUTION WAS APPLIED TO EACH TREATMENT ON THE BACK OF EACH INDIVIDUAL, THEN THE INSECTS WERE PLACED IN CAGES. THE EVALUATIONS WERE PERFORMED FOR 14 DAYS, AT 24-HOUR INTERVALS, INVESTIGATING THE NUMBER OF DEAD AND LIVING INDIVIDUALS OF EACH TREATMENT. ALL TREATMENTS IN THE CONTROL OF BROWN BEDBUG, IN THE EVALUATION OF BEHAVIOR AND COMPARISON OF MORTALITY CURVES OVER 14 DAYS AFTER APPLICATION, A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE FROM THE CONTROL WAS OBSERVED, WITH MORTALITY GREATER THAN 90%. TREATMENTS WITH IMIDACLOPRID + BIFENTRIN (150 ML HA-1) + ZETA-CYPERMETHRIN + BIFENTRIN (100 ML HA-1) AND ZETA-CYPERMETHRIN + BIFENTRIN (200 ML HA-1) PROVED TO BE EFFICIENT IN CONTROLLING BROWN BEDBUG, WHEN THE TIME OF CONTROL OF THE POST-TREATMENT INSECTS WAS EVALUATED, WHICH REACHED MORE THAN 76% OF MORTALITY WITH TWO DAYS, AND THE USE IN CHEMICAL CONTROL WAS SATISFACTORY.
