Abstract
A PREVEN��O E A PROMO��O DA SAÚDE SÃO ASPECTOS ESSENCIAIS NO PROCESSO DE CONSTRU��O DE UM SISTEMA DE SAÚDE EFICAZ. O PRESENTE TRABALHO OBJETIVOU A ORIENTAÇÃO DE JOVENS E CRIAN�AS QUANTO A NECESSIDADE DE UMA BOA HIGIENE ORAL, COM APLICA��O DA ESCOVA��O SUPERVISIONADA. A METODOLOGIA FOI DESENVOLVIDA POR MEIO DA MONTAGEM DE ESCOVÓDROMOS, E A DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE ESCOVAS E CREME DENTAIS PARA OS ENVOLVIDOS. A EQUIPE QUE ACOMPANHOU O PROJETO FOI CAPAZ DE OFERECER TODAS AS INFORMA��ES NECESS�RIAS, COM BASE EM CONHECIMENTOS CIENT�FICOS ADQUIRIDOS DENTRO DO CURSO DE ODONTOLOGIA DO CENTRO UNIVERSITÁRIO DE ANÁPOLIS - UNIEVANG�LICA. OS RESULTADOS OBTIDOS ABRANGEM A CAPACITA��O DOS INDIV�DUOS QUANTO AO CUIDADO COM A PRÓPRIA SAÚDE BUCAL E A DISSEMINA��O DO CONHECIMENTO E INFORMA��ES � POPULA��O.
