QUALIDADE DE VIDA DOS PACIENTES SUBMETIDOS A ARTROPLASTIA TOTAL DE QUADRIL COM OS DIFERENTES TIPOS DE VIAS DE ACESSOS CIRÚRGICOS DE HARDINGE, AVALIADA POR MEIO DO QUESTIONÁRIO WOMAC: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.

Introdução: A artroplastia total de quadril (ATQ) é o tratamento de escolha para pacientes com osteoartrite avançada, proporcionando melhora funcional e alívio da dor. Objetivo: Esta revisão integrativa teve como objetivo avaliar a qualidade de vida de pacientes submetidos à ATQ, considerando as diferentes vias de acesso cirúrgico, com ênfase na via de Hardinge, a partir de estudos publicados nos últimos cinco anos que utilizaram o questionário WOMAC como instrumento de avaliação. Metodologia: Foram selecionados seis artigos, abrangendo coortes prospectivas, retrospectivas e um ensaio clínico piloto, com amostras diversificadas e seguimento de três meses a oito anos. Resultados: Os achados demonstraram melhora consistente nos escores WOMAC em todos os estudos, principalmente nos domínios dor e função, independentemente da via de acesso utilizada. Contudo, fatores como idade avançada, presença de comorbidades, autoeficácia, cinesiofobia, nível de literacia em saúde e estratégias de reabilitação influenciaram a magnitude e a manutenção dos ganhos. Conclusão: A ATQ promove melhora significativa da qualidade de vida, mas os resultados são modulados por determinantes clínicos, psicossociais e assistenciais, reforçando a necessidade de abordagens multiprofissionais e individualizadas no manejo desses pacientes.
