COMPARAÇÃO DA UTILIZAÇÃO DA ABORDAGEM MINIMAMENTE INVASIVA SUPERPATH COM OS MÉTODOS TRADICIONAIS PARA CIRURGIA DE ARTROPLASTIA TOTAL DE QUADRIL

Introdução: A perda de mobilidade em pacientes com alterações na articulação do quadril,muitas vezes, só é corrigida através de cirurgia. Diversas técnicas e vias de entradas são utilizadas para a cirurgia de Artroplastia Total de Quadril (ATQ). Compreende-se que sua principal indicação é para pacientes com a presença de dor intensa, associada a limitação funcional, sendo a anterolateral e posterior de Hardinge algumas das mais bem sucedidas. No entanto, atualmente existe uma nova técnica cirúrgica minimamente invasiva para esse procedimento designada Superpath que vem com a proposta de reduzir tempo de internação e dor no pós operatório. Objetivo: Comparar, através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a utilização da abordagem minimamente invasiva Superpath com os métodos tradicionais para cirurgia de artroplastia total de quadril. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com estudos publicados nos últimos 8 anos no idioma inglês, com buscas consultadas nas bases de dados especializadas no PUBMED, este incluindo o MEDLINE. Ao final da busca, foram analisados 7 artigos relacionados ao tema proposto. Resultados: A análise trouxe a informação que, na maioria dos estudos, o desfecho foi favorável para a técnica Superpath, com menos tempo de internação, menos sangramento no ato cirúrgico e menos dor no pós-operatório. Alguns estudos afirmam não haver segurança significante, por isso mais ensaios clinicos randomizados devem ser realizados. Conclusão: Existem grandes benefícios com a técnica Superpath, desde diminuição da dor no pós operatório e menos tempo de informação, mas o tema carece de estudos clínicos mais robustos.
